So I ended up going to a local Belle Tire shop. I asked to find out what is wrong and an estimate of cost. After an hour they looked at the brakes and told me the Rotor was "bad", the pad was worn down causing the grinding. I don't know much about brakes other than it seemed Way overpriced.
